As it is with new initiatives, people are being drawn to this movement and may not even know one other person who is aware of transitions. So, how do we go about connecting with one another?

The networking aspects of transitions are still in their infancy but here are a few key places to get information and possibly find other folks that live near you who might be interested in connecting.
